マードレを選んだ理由
Madre：
たくさんオーダーキッチンの会社がある中で、弊社をお選びいただいた理由などをお聞かせいただけますか？
KN様：
今まで数社オーダーキッチンメーカーや、量産メーカーを見てきましたが、なかなか決めきれず、この家の設計士さんのおすすめでマードレさんに出会いました。
そのおかげで今回、私たち夫婦の希望に合うキッチンメーカーに出会えたことがとても嬉しかったです！何より山根さんとの打ち合わせが楽しかったです。
Why Did You Choose Madre?
Madre:
Among the many companies offering custom kitchens, may we ask what led you to choose Madre?
Mrs. KN:
We had looked at several custom kitchen makers and mass-market manufacturers but could never quite make a decision. It was thanks to the recommendation of our home’s architect that we were introduced to Madre.
We were so happy to finally meet a company that matched our vision as a couple. And above all, we truly enjoyed each meeting with Yamane-san.
Madre：
キッチンに対してこだわった部分を教えてください。
KN様：
私は、生活感を出さない空間作りがしたかったので、「とにかくきれいに片づけしすいように収納をたくさん作って欲しい！」というのが希望でした。
キッチンは天井高ぎりぎりのH2700まで収納を作ってもらったので、食器・食品・家電がすっきり収納できました。中央に窓を取付けて、その部分だけキャビネットをあけてもらったので、コーヒーメーカーやソーダマシーンを置けてとても使いやすいです！
あとは、今回マードレさんにはキッチンだけではなく、横幅が８メートル以上ある壁面収納を作ってもらい、子供のおもちゃ、カバン、習い事グッズ、様々な書類、お薬、お掃除グッズなどすべて壁面収納に納まっています。こちらも天井まである大容量の収納なので、まだまだスペースに余裕があります。
Madre:
先ほど収納を見せていただきましたが、しっかりと整理収納されていました。ご自身で作られた収納アイテムがきれいに陳列してあって、お子様が見ても一目でわかるようなかわいいタグが付いたお洋服カゴが素敵ですね！素敵な収納術にくぎ付けになりました！
Madre:
What aspects of the kitchen were most important to you?
Mrs. KN:
I wanted a space that didn’t feel cluttered, so my wish was simple: “Please create plenty of storage so it’s easy to keep everything tidy.”
Our kitchen now has cabinetry reaching the full ceiling height of 2.7 meters, which means all the dishes, food, and appliances fit neatly inside. In the center, we had a window installed, and that portion of the cabinetry was left open to house the coffee maker and soda machine. It’s very practical.
In addition, Madre created more than eight meters of wall storage for us—not only for the kitchen, but also for toys, bags, children’s activity supplies, documents, medicine, and cleaning goods. Since the storage also extends to the ceiling, it has tremendous capacity, with space to spare.
Madre:
When we looked at your storage earlier, we were impressed by how beautifully everything was organized. The custom items you created yourself, the neatly displayed baskets with charming tags for your children’s clothes—all of it shows a wonderful sense of order. We couldn’t take our eyes off your storage ideas!
Madre：
今回のキッチンは旦那様もこだわられたと伺いました。どんな点を重視されましたか？
KN様：
夫がこだわったのはアイランドのカウンタートップとアクセントカラーです。
Madre：
クオーツストーンに大きなマーブル模様の出ている素敵な天板は旦那様のセレクトでしたね。
周りの背面収納やリビング収納は表面を白の鏡面に仕上げているので、アイランドのカウンタートップが特に際立っています。
KN様：
夫がひとめぼれした石なんです。
Madre：
旦那様のセンスのよさがキッチンに出ています。本当にご夫婦の仲の良さが伺えますね。

KN様：
もう一つのこだわりは、夫はピンクがラッキーカラーなんです。なのでどこかにピンクを取り入れたい！という希望がありました。それで、リビング収納の扉の内側にマゼンダピンクのアクセントカラーを入れてもらえることになりました。
Madre：
扉の内側にマゼンダピンクと収納側はダークグレーの落ち着いたカラーを入れたことで、大人の上品な収納キャビネットになりました。
それぞれのこだわりを具現化できるのもオーダーメイドならではですね。
Madre:
We also heard that your husband had some specific wishes. What were they?
Mrs. KN:
Yes, my husband cared a lot about the island countertop and the accent colors.
Madre:
That gorgeous quartz stone slab with dramatic marble veining was his choice. Since the surrounding cabinetry was finished in glossy white, the island countertop stands out even more.
Mrs. KN:
It was truly love at first sight for him.
Madre:
His sense of style really shines through in the kitchen. It reflects your closeness as a couple.
The countertop is from Cambria’s Brittanicca in the Marble Collection.
Mrs. KN:
Another wish was color—pink is his lucky color, so he wanted to include it somewhere. We decided to add magenta pink accents to the inside of the living room cabinetry doors.
Madre:
With magenta pink inside the doors and a calm dark gray for the storage side, the cabinetry gained an elegant, mature character.
Being able to capture each of your preferences so personally is the true value of custom-made design.
Madre：
出来上がったキッチンへのご家族やご友人の反応はいかがでしたか？
KN様：
夫の仕事柄色んな方がお見えになるので、ホームパーティすることが多く、嬉しいことに、来てくれるお客様皆様『すごい！』『素敵！』と言ってくださいます。
アイランドの奥行きを1100ｍｍにしたので料理もたくさん乗せられて、大人数でキッチンを囲んで楽しく食事しています。多い時で20～30人程集まってパーティーをします。
こだわりのアイランドカウンターがその中心にあるのがとてもうれしいです。
Madre：
下引きの換気扇を入れたことで天井まで広く開放的な空間が確保できたので、多人数が集まるパーティ利用時にはその開放感が嬉しいですね。
Madre:
How have family and friends reacted to your finished kitchen?
Mrs. KN:
Because of my husband’s profession, we often host guests and home parties. We’re so happy that everyone who visits says things like “Amazing!” or “It’s beautiful!”
The island has a depth of 1,100 mm, so we can serve plenty of food at once and gather many people around it to eat together. Sometimes as many as 20 to 30 people come over for a party, and we enjoy those times so much. Having our cherished island countertop at the center of it all makes me very happy.
Madre:
By incorporating a downdraft ventilation system, we were able to keep the ceiling open and spacious—something especially valuable when hosting large gatherings.
