富士見ヶ丘PJ-ANNEX Fujimigaoka PJ - Annex
広大な敷地に、本館・アネックスと用途に合わせて2つのキッチンを製作しました。
暖炉を中心に、パーティー利用を前提としたアネックスのキッチンスペース。コンクリート製の全長9mのカウンターが、テラスへ続く大開口と並行し、空間にのびやかさと一体感を与えています。
複数人のシェフによる調理も前提に、GAGGENAUの５口のハイカロリーバーナーとスチームオーブンを設置し、2つのシンクをシンメトリーに配置しました。
カウンター下には冷凍冷蔵庫がビルトインされ、グラスチラーや食洗機など、パーティー仕様の機器類を備えています。
On this expansive property, we designed and built two kitchens—one in the main building and another in the annex—each tailored to its intended purpose.
A 9-meter-long concrete counter runs parallel to the large opening leading to the terrace, giving the space a sense of spaciousness and unity.
With the assumption that multiple chefs will be cooking, we installed a five-burner high-calorie burner and steam oven from GAGGENAU, and placed two sinks symmetrically.
There is a built-in refrigerator/freezer under the counter, and the space is equipped with party-friendly equipment such as a glass chiller and dishwasher.
