打ち合わせはどのような感じで進みましたか？
K様：
他のショールームと違って、Madreのショールームでは靴を脱いでお家での打ち合わせのような雰囲気で、寛いで打ち合わせができました。
マンションの一室にあるショールームが、実際の天井の高さや広さで、想像しやすかったです。
部屋毎に、サイズや仕様の違うキッチンが展示してあって、マンションのリフォームでも問題ないと感じました。
メーカーさんだとありきたりな説明で、選ぶのは全部自分自身になりますが、Madreさんは、経験豊富なキッチンのプロの担当者さんが説明しながら選択肢を狭めていってくれるので、迷わず打ち合わせを進められました。

How did the design meetings progress?
Mrs. K:
Unlike other showrooms, Madre’s has the atmosphere of a home—you take off your shoes and feel relaxed, as though you’re meeting in your own living room.
Because the showroom is in an actual condominium unit, with real ceiling heights and room dimensions, it was easy to picture how our kitchen would look. Each room displays a different type of kitchen with varying sizes and specifications, which reassured us that a condominium renovation would not be a problem.
At other companies, explanations are generic, and all the choices are left up to you. At Madre, experienced professionals guide you step by step, narrowing down the options, so you don’t feel lost.
And above all, we were always welcomed so warmly.

本当に特になくて、とても満足しています！
強いて言うなら、妹が同時期にリフォームをしてタッチレス水栓を導入していたので、もしかしたら普通の水栓ではなくタッチレス水栓でも良かったかもしれないとは思うことはありますが、毎日使う場所なので、使い勝手も良くて、嬉しいです。

Was there anything you wish had been done differently?
Mrs. K:
Honestly, nothing—we’re very satisfied!
If we had to name one thing, my sister renovated around the same time and installed a touchless faucet. So sometimes I wonder if we should have chosen a touchless model too. But in reality, our faucet works perfectly, and since it’s something we use every day, we’re very happy with it.

How has your kitchen been received by family and friends?
Mrs. K:
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive—everyone says, “It’s amazing!” Even the condominium’s maintenance staff were surprised at how different our unit looks compared to others, and they complimented us on it.

K様：
必ずしも高級な素材を選ばなければ素敵なキッチンにならないわけではなく、予算内でいかに良いデザイン・合った素材を選定し、素敵にするかだと思います。

特にこれからリフォームをする人は、オーダーなので、希望の色や素材で揃えることができて、その場所に合わせた使い勝手のいいキッチンにできる点がとてもお薦めできます。
また、ダイニングテーブルがキッチンと横並びの位置なので、シンク横に配膳スペースがあり、食べ終わった後のと片付けが楽でお薦めです。
調理スペースが選択できるのも、オーダーキッチンならではだと思います。
あとは、置く物、位置をあらかじめ予想していたので収納が使いやすく、奥行きが浅いダイニング側の収納は、来客時のカップ&ソーサーなどの食器やダイニングの小物も収納できて、とても便利です。
勝手口もキッチンと同じ色の扉で隠すことで、生活感を抑えられました。
生活感のあるものを隠すスペースがあると、便利だと思います！
施工も丁寧で、建築側の担当者さんとも円滑に進めていただきました！

What advice would you give to someone planning a kitchen with Madre?
Mrs. K:
It’s not that you need the most expensive materials to make a beautiful kitchen. What matters is selecting the right design and materials within your budget to create something special. We feel Madre proposed the very best options possible.
For those planning a renovation, we especially recommend custom kitchens, because you can choose the exact colors and materials you want and have a kitchen tailored perfectly to the space.
In our case, the dining table sits alongside the kitchen, so we asked for a serving space next to the sink. That has made setting and clearing the table so much easier. Being able to decide the layout of the work surfaces is one of the greatest advantages of a custom kitchen.
We also planned in advance where things would go, so the storage works very well. The shallow storage on the dining side is perfect for cups, saucers, and small dining items, making it very convenient.
We even had the service entrance concealed with a door in the same finish as the kitchen, which helps keep the space free of visual clutter. Having a place to conceal “everyday” items really makes life easier.
The installation itself was handled with great care, and everything went smoothly in coordination with the construction team.
